Dear Reader,
welcome to my blog. This is my second blog, first one I used to write cca. 10 years ago on Slovenian website and then I closed it. It was quite successful - the topics were about everything - culture, languages, hobbies, travels, school, etc. Some posts appeared on the news portals - I remember two posts: extinction of one language in Lithuania and second one to change Slovenian flag.
That blog is passe. When I was living in Slovenia.
Now I live in Malta. This year it's going to be 3 years since I did a big step in my life. To be honest I always dreamed to live abroad. I tried in 2012 when I went to Brussels and I spent some months there. Unsuccessfully I had to return home. Then in 2015 I finally moved out of Slovenia. For ever.
I'm happy for this move. No snow, no cold.
I'm a comparative linguist and I work in a bookshop. After 2 years there now I think it's time to step forward. To change the job. I would really love to work for myself as a freelance translator: from English/French/Greek/Latin/Sanskrit to Slovenian because there is a lack of books that are translated and you need them at University.
I dedicate this blog to my translations.
